Min) mit Pausen. Film des Regisseurs Claude Lanzmann, in dem überwiegend Zeitzeugen der Schoah befragt werden. Lanzmann reiste 11 Jahre lang – von 1973
bis 1985 – durch Europa, in erster Linie durch Polen, um Zeitzeugen zu
befragen. Der gesamte Film zeigt die Schauplätze Treblinka, Sobibor,
Auschwitz, Chelmno und Warzawa in keinerlei Archivmaterial, sondern
nur in Aufnahmen aus dem Zeitraum dieser Reisen. Das zentrale Thema
der Befragungen sind die Konzentrations- und Vernichtungslager und das
Warschauer Ghetto. Neben den Überlebenden der Shoah befragt Lanzmann
auch Täter. Von den 350 Stunden Material in sieben Sprachen sind am
ende nach fünf Jahren Schnitt 9,5 Stunden fertiggestellt worden.

Montag, 03.03.2014 ab 20.00 Uhr – Druzbar                                                                        * Soli für die NO LAGER Genoss_innen in Griechenland – mit Vokü, Cocktails und Infoveranstaltung (engl):                                                                                                  When the greek State embarked on a criminalisation of the neo-Nazi Golden Dawn in order to re-legitimise itself, large parts of the antifa/radical scene responded in mixed ways. Contrary to this, the No Lager assembly focused on those elements of the racist ideology of Golden Dawn already incorporated and institutionalised as state policy. The conditions of immigrants, in the streets and in the detention centres, became the primary focus of this assembly, together with the need to explore ways through which a community of resistance against capital and state could be built. During one of their interventions, while building up on a national demo against detention centres, No Lager and other antifa activists were attacked, beaten up and arrested by the cops. Though released a few days later, they are still facing charges -and expensive legal costs. This soli voku/cocktail bar is organised to raise money for the comrades. There will be a presentation of the No Lager group, along with background information on the situation in Greece in the recent months.
